As Chief Product and Chief Marketing Officer, Bruce leads global product strategy, go-to-market launches, pricing, competitive analysis, analyst relations, communications, and sales enablement across the ABBYY portfolio. He joined ABBYY in 2015 and, as head of product marketing, directed the strategic shift that took ABBYY from an OCR technology vendor serving software developers to a leading provider of intelligent document processing (IDP) for global enterprises. He helped conceive and launch two SaaS platforms and guided the company’s migration to subscription and recurring revenue. He was previously senior director of product marketing at Kofax and holds two patents in mobile image capture.
Bruce is the ABBYY executive quoted on the company’s positioning in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, IDC MarketScape, and Everest Group PEAK Matrix assessments. He frequently contributes to top publications with insights spanning digital onboarding, accounts payable automation, and the limits of generative AI without high-quality data, and speaks frequently on panels covering hyperautomation and the future of work.
