Illuminate every aspect of your document processing performance

Monitoring and analyzing document processing trends is crucial for identifying performance patterns. By keeping a close eye on these trends, organizations can pinpoint areas for improvement, leading to enhanced efficiency and productivity. Leveraging these insights allows teams to make informed decisions, ultimately driving better outcomes and optimizing overall performance.

Targeted recommendations provide accurate suggestions to address classification issues, ensuring that documents are categorized correctly every time. Misclassification leads to documents not being associated with the correct AI document model for extraction, resulting in missing or poor extraction results and the need for manual intervention. This precision not only enhances the efficiency of document processing but also reduces the likelihood of errors, ultimately saving time and improving overall workflow for users in any organization.

To optimize accuracy, it’s crucial to identify specific document sources, types, fields, and business rules that often need manual intervention. However, extraction quality can be influenced by various factors, including document quality and the effectiveness of model training. Addressing these aspects ensures more reliable and efficient processing.

Stay ahead of potential issues with real-time alerts that highlight areas needing attention. These alerts come equipped with recommended actions, allowing for swift resolutions to problems as they arise. By proactively addressing performance issues, you can ensure smoother operations and maintain optimal automation results.

The Vantage UI provides flexible analysis options, allowing users to analyze performance data seamlessly. Whether you prefer working within the intuitive Vantage interface or utilizing your chosen analytics tool, API integration ensures that you can access and interpret data in a way that suits your workflow and enhances decision-making.

Image enhancement

The quality of document images can vary significantly due to issues like poor lighting and distortions from mobile cameras—or come with multiple auxiliary elements such as patterned backgrounds, protection marks, field markings, lines, and guides that obscure important information.

ABBYY’s AI-powered image enhancement algorithms optimize each image for accurate data extraction. The AI corrects distortions and separates text from the background, cleaning up even the most complex and visually busy documents—such as IDs, birth certificates, and forms—to achieve reliable results and high straight-through processing rates.

OCR / ICR

AI has transformed the ability to read and interpret content previously deemed impossible to process, dramatically expanding the use cases for automation. ABBYY IDP uses advanced AI-based optical character recognition (OCR) and intelligent character recognition (ICR) technologies to digitize printed and handwritten text, preparing it for further processing. These technologies are able to recognize the logical structure of the whole document, including complex elements such as tables, enabling document classification, data extraction, and high-quality export to digital formats.
